WHO ARE WE ?

Yao Grenot-Chen is a consultant and trainer, founder of Com Chine. A graduate in political science from the Foreign Affairs College in Beijing and HEC Paris, Yao worked at the French Trade Commission and at L'Oréal in China for 12 years. She has lived in Lyon since 2010 and teaches in business schools.

Catherine Pradel is a consultant and trainer. She has worked in the automotive industry for more than 20 years in R&D, on the development of international organizations for the Volvo Group, change and intercultural management. She lived in Beijing and is passionate about helping companies develop cooperation with the Chinese
